my niece madison (who i babysit twice a week) insisted she make a card for her mom…
this morning we are going to brunch with michael’s grandmother, michael’s sister, melissa, and her thoughtful baby, madison. it’s a very small group since michael’s mom and dad are in utah, joey (melissa’s husband) is in alabama, and michael’s other sister, stacy, is in chicago.
in the afternoon we’ll be with my brothers and will celebrate with my mom by taking her to a late lunch/early dinner (it’s soul food sunday) at ella’s american folk art cafe where one of her good friends, judy, is performing as part of “the judy tampa bunko squad”.
