what was your favorite moment, or favorite part, of your wedding day?
i truly loved every moment of the day! if i had to choose one, my absolute favorite was the first look! those few moments allowed us to take in the day and have some quiet before the craziness started!
which three vendors were most important to you when planning your wedding?
wedding planner, photographer, and the band! we wanted to have someone that would be with us every step of the way, bring our vision to life and allow us to enjoy the process, and yvette did all that and more! we also wanted photos that would feel natural, reflect the day and capture the happiness – which you did! and then the band – we wanted it to be a great party! and we were all on the dance floor until we left and our friends still tell us how great they were!
what was the best advice you received when planning your wedding? (and did you listen?)
don’t stress because it always comes together. i did listen, especially the weekend of! when we arrived in boca grande we were three days out, and there was nothing to do but enjoy the time with all of our closest friends and family
was there a moment during your wedding day that surprised you?
it goes by SO FAST! i had always hear that but didn’t believe it!
when you look back on your wedding day in 50 years, what do you think you’ll remember most?
as we said our vows and exchanged rings, it felt like there was no one else around – it was the most profound moment of my life; there was an overwhelming since of calm and happiness that was so surreal and beautiful!
