Where to meet

I’m so excited for your session!

Your shoot has been scheduled to get us the best lighting for pretty, flattering photographs, and often runs right up to sunset. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure time to park and walk to the designated meeting spot.

If you have any trouble finding me on the day-of, just call or text my cell: 813.317.6467

Where to meet…

BALLAST POINT PARK | 5300 Interbay Blvd, Tampa

Meet me at the base of the pier, near The Taste of Boston Restaurant. There are a few blue public picnic tables there (not the restaurant ones) that make for a good place to meet. The parking lot is not that big, so allow time to circle a few times on weekends. There’s also parking in an additional lot to the left when you pull in, and also right across the street, near the horse tables.

CURTIS HIXON PARK | 600 N Ashley Drive, Tampa

You can find a street parking spot around downtown, or park in the Poe Garage (this is what I do) and pay with the Park Mobile app. The Poe Garage is circled in pink on the map below.

Meet me between the Children’s Museum and the fountain that’s closest to Ashley Drive (not the one down near the river). The place to meet me has been marked with a pink X in the map below.

CYPRESS POINT PARK (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE) | 5620 W Cypress St, Tampa

Meet me near the brick structure with the blue roof, off of the parking lot (between the parking lot and the playground) that houses the restrooms.

DAVIS ISLANDS BEACH | 1002 Severn Ave, Tampa

Meet me on the beach side of the street (the right side), across from the dog park (which will be on the left of the street). I’ve marked where to meet on the map below with a blue X. If you don’t see me, just call my cell. 813-317-6467.

You can park in the lot just before the dog park (marked in green on map below), or in the parking along the right of the road (marked in pink on map below).

FRED BALL PARK | 2621 Bayshore Blvd

Parking is available along Rubideaux Street. Meet me by the gazebo.

HYDE PARK VILLAGE | 1602 W Snow Cir, Tampa

Meet me at the main fountain (between Pottery Barn and West Elm). Street parking and (free) garage parking is available throughout Hyde Park Village.

MARJORIE PARK MARINA | 97 Columbia Drive, Tampa (Davis Island)

Note: This is the public marina at the front of the island… not the private Davis Island Yact Club marina at the back of the island.

Meet me in front of the little white boat house building, on the parking lot side, not the water side. When you pull in, you’ll drive past The Junior League on your left and just keep going until you run into the marina. Parking is almost always completely open and very easy.

SWANN CIRCLE | Swann Cir & W Woodmere Rd

I’ll meet you in the small parking lot located at Swann Circle and W Woodmere Road.

UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA | 401 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa

Meet me on the front steps of Plant Hall (the main building, with the minarets and which houses the museum), across from the fountain and the round about.

You can view the meeting location, on the map below and also, here:
https://www.google.com/maps/dir//27.9467311,-82.4640082/@27.9463122,-82.4640954,18z/data=!4m2!4m1!3e0

Parking is incredibly easy on weekends. On weekends, all parking is open and available (even spots marked as “student or faculty only”), except for the spots designated for the museum (during museum hours).

On weekdays, you can park in Admissions Parking (marked in yellow below) and Museum parking (marked in green below), after 5pm. If your session will begin before 5pm, you can apply for a visior parking pass through the school, or (what I recommend) park off campus, near OE, and walk over. If you’d like to apply for the visitor parking, you can do so here:

Meet me at the fountain outside of Ulele. The one with the bronze statue of Princess Ulele, surrounded by water and fire.
