my website is still down and it’s getting really frustrating.
my old hosting company has told me three times that they’ve sent me the paperwork to get the website moved, but i haven’t received it. i’ve checked my spam folders on both my emails accounts and nothing.
this company has a horrible customer service reputation and i’m so glad to be moving on from them, but will i ever be able to move on!?
then, today, when i’m thouroughly sick of waiting for them, i get this email:
“we have a new development. Aundrea is in the hospital due to pre-term contractions… I am her husband. I am going to do my best to track this down for you but as you can imagine there could be a delay. I am very sorry for this. We will take care of this for you as soon as possible.”
i feel bad. what am i supposed to say to that? i really do feel bad…
but meanwhile, i NEED my website up!
and, this is a BIG website and hosting company. they host hundreds and hundreds (probably thousands) of websites! why in the world is he acting like this is a mom and pop business? i know they have employees.
