i was so excited to have the opportunity to shoot valerie and chandler’s sweet, thoughtful, joyful wedding!
they married on palm island (only accessible by boat or ferry) at the palm island resort (no cars allowed… only bikes, golf carts, or foot traffic) and treated their friends and family to a night of toasting, dancing, laughing, and kissing.
i loved all the details that made their wedding their own… a silver platter at the ceremony for the guests to gussy themselves up with fabric flowers, the unique, hand-spun aisle decorations (done up by valerie’s friends without her knowing what it would look like! a laid back bride, for sure!), flowers in vintage jars and bottles, a barefooted bride and flip-flopped groom, music to fit them perfectly, the blessing of their baby girl, the guestbook table strung with meaningful photographs, and a dessert table fit for such a sweet night.
