in madison news, it’s thursday, a maddie nannying day, but she’s so good that i was still able to get to target and get some frames to display prints at the upcoming fest italiana auction and a gift for my mom whose birthday is sunday (within three weeks i have my husdand’s, dad’s, mother’s, and sister-in-law’s birthdays).
in other birthday news, last night we celebrated my dad’s st. patty’s day birthday with a dinner at miguel’s (a mexican resaurant) where we drank tequilla tinted extra green with food coloring and ate lots and lots of chips and salsa. so much so that i could only eat 1/2 a cup of soup for dinner. oops.

in happy news, my best friend’s wedding photographers, erin and chris of erinchris photography, blogged whitney’s wedding today!
i’m the one of the far right. also, you should know, the other brunette – the one next to whitney that looks my age, or older – is actually 14. why couldn’t i look like that when i was 14?
go here to see the blog post with more pictures!
speaking of wedding photography, janie koike and i shoot our first wedding on saturday! very excited and not yet nervous, but maybe i will be after our meeting this afternoon to talk out our game plan for the big day. and i got it my brand new sb-900 flash unit yesterday, so things are coming together.
if things don’t run too long tonight with janie, then, michael, my mom, and i are going to go to and event at the florida museum of photographic arts. i’ve never been, so i hope we’ll be able to make it.
and finally, today a couple of my photographs from last weekend’s strawberry shortcake outing were featured over at the fab*blog! check it out.
oh yeah, you say you want to see a really, really fat big boned cat?
