this past saturday i spent about 6-1/2 hours painting this mural in my niece’s bedroom…. which is why i’m now going to make you look at it and tell me it’s pretty! : )

but don’t get too excited. i didn’t freehand it. it was an easy paint-by-numbers type thing from elephants on the wall.

now here’s to hoping madison doesn’t develop a fear of owls, since they now watch her as she sleeps. ; )

also, i’d like to thank michael for helping me with about 8 of the leaves!
… okay, not that much help … but he did keep me company for about 5 of the 6-1/2 hours.  which was very, very helpful!

and lastly, i’d like to thank pandora for not bailing on me at the 5 hour mark.  thanks, pandora, i really appreciate you and your endless songs.
