how would you describe your wedding to someone who was not there? what were some of your inspirations? how did you envision the wedding prior to your special day?
Fun! Elegant but a big party! We wanted everyone to be able to dance when they wanted eat when they wanted and just have a great time.
is there anything you wish you had done differently when planning your wedding?
I would have made sure to asked to have a plate of food to go back to the hotel for Joe and I. And cake! We never ate and it would have been a great decision to ask about getting that ahead of time.
which three vendors were most important to you when planning your wedding?
Photographer, videographer, and decor/flowers-we had one vendor that did our decor and flowers.

what was the best advice you received when planning your wedding?
Do not sweat the small stuff. No one notices it!
was there anything encountered during wedding planning that was unexpected?
Getting the guest list down was a challenge for us. I would suggest start with a lower number then you might want because you can always add those other people but it’s hard to cut.
was there a moment during your wedding day that surprised you?
How much fun we actually were able to have
what was your favorite moment, or favorite part, of your wedding day?
The first dances. My dad and I brought my mom in to ours. Joe and his mom brought his grandmother into theirs.
when you look back on your wedding day in 50 years, what do you think you’ll remember most?
The people that were there and all the fun we had!
