i just got home from a nice weekend away to dc with my husband and mom to go visit my brother, zane, who is living up there.
it was such a nice weekend away and despite bringing a ton of work with me, i pretty much ignored everything work-related all weekend. a pleasant break to be sure, but o.m.g. am i feeling the consequences today!
i’ve been at it since 8:30 this morning and i still have many, many emails to return and a few phone calls to make before i can even get to the first to-do on my to-do list. thanks so much for everyone who has been patient! i’m working on it, i swear! : )
also, thanks so much to invitation consultants for the nice little shout out on their blog on friday! love them. 🙂
