it was impossible not to notice the thought and care jenny and justin put into planning their wedding. what was most evident is how much they wanted it to be a wonderful night for the family and friends. after their sweet ceremony at the little amphitheater adjacent to curtis hixon park, the wedding party was spoiled with a beautiful and fun, fun, fun cruise on a water taxi around the river before being being deposited right at the sheraton riverwalk where their reception was about to begin. then, since we’d spent cocktail hour taking photographs and then hanging out on the water taxi, jenny and justin had the sheraton provide a full spread of food and drinks for their bridesmaids and groomsmen to fuel up in a private side room before heading to the ball room where the real party began. i just thought it was so thoughtful and really showed how much they wanted the day to be special for all of their loved ones.
i thought every one of justin and jenny’s vendors did a wonderful job, and you can see them all listed below, after the slide show. with a couple as nice as the two of them, it’s easy to want to do your best.
also, a big, BIG thank you to maria felton (of maria felton photography) who came along as my second shooter! i snuck in (sneaked in?) two of her images in the slide show (the two of justin and jenny leaving their party in a sparkler exit). : ) i always love getting to go through my 2nd shooter’s photographs and seeing their day through different eyes.
i hope justin and jenny get the same joy in seeing their wedding day through mine…
