it’s been overdue for sometime, but i am (more than) ready to bring on an assistant to help things run little more smoothly around here and to hopefully give me some more time for things that have been pushed aside (like blogging, for one)!

here is what i’m looking for…
- someone to come in 2 – 3 days a week, for about 2 hours per day in the early afternoons (around 2:30 or 3pm) to work in my home-office, as well as occasionally assisting with weddings and events on weekends
- i’m thinking this would be a perfect position for a responsible student (high school or college)
- i am located in south tampa and need someone with a reliable car (for running errands around town)
- of course someone fun and friendly and flexible to do many different things on any given day… and who has a keen attention to detail
- photography experience is not necessary, although an interest in photography is a plus
- the work will include both business and personal tasks, such as….
BUSINESS ASSISTANT TASKS INCLUDE….
- checking and packaging print orders
- filing and bookkeeping (i will train on how to do this, no bookkeeping experience necessary)
- monthly sales tax preparation (again, training provided)
- running errands (post office, office supply store, etc…)
- scheduling client pickups
- updating the blog, website, and social media
- prepping equipment for shoots
- assisting at portrait sessions and weddings, as available
PERSONAL ASSISTANT TASKS INCLUDE….
- walking and feeding my (sweet, adorable, stinky) dogs
- dropping off / picking up dry cleaning
- picking up lunch or dinner
