elizabeth began her day at her parent’s home, which her mom had loving decorated to high-heaven. i mean, it was amazing.

everyone was in good spirits and well-fed… just look at the spread of food (below)! and you see that wedding dress? that would be elizabeth’s mom’s dress on display, helping to get everyone into the wedding mood. it was awesome.

…meanwhile, my amazing 2nd photographer for the day, maria, was with the guys at graham’s parents house.

usually i’ll wait and shoot the guys’ formals once we are all back together (which, in this case, would have been at the church), but i had been to graham’s family home before (for their engagement shoot) and i knew it would be crazy to not do the guys photographs there! good thing i knew i could trust maria with them and they turned out wonderfully.

the sun was setting just right after graham and elizabeth’s ceremony ended so, the second we finished with the family formals, i rushed them outside to get these in the church courtyard with the last few drops of sunlight left.

then, on to the reception at the beautiful don vicente in ybor city!

when my husband (who is in love with krispy kreme doughnuts) saw this picture, he said, “if i had pinterest, i’d pin that!” – hah!

the gorgeous rolls royce getaway car got tuckered out in the parking lot and died! elizabeth and graham’s coordinator, beth, totally saved the day and go a limo in as a replacement STAT. sadly, the rolls left on a flat bed…
