i am so excited to be working with katy for the birdie baby boutique!
katy has recently moved to st. petersburg with her husband, two kids, and her portable online boutique business! you can find her on etsy (here) and on facebook (here) where you can see her cute, crafty work for kids and grownups too. we’re hoping to plan many more projects together in the future, and to kick it off we had a mini session with her daughter, delainey, modeling katy’s fun headbands and sporting an adorable outfit from blue bird designs (here on etsy and here on facebook)!!
since delainey is only a year and a half, and those of us aged around one and a half years can tend to be unpredictable, katy also brought along her sister, alicia, and alicia’s daughter, nova. you know, just in case we had an unwieldy 1-1/2 year old, the 2 year old (almost 3!) could step in and bring some order to the situation, as two year olds are known to do! hah.
however, nova and delainey were both BEYOND great. i couldn’t even believe it. delainey definitely didn’t need a stand in and so nova was just wonderful icing on the delainey cake. : )
when i said look at me, they did. when i said look at mom, they did. play ring around the rosey? okay. throw pennies in the fountain? sure. lie down. sit up. read a book on the blanket. i mean, really?! it was awesome.
