i love how personal engagement sessions can be! it’s fun to work with couples to choose locations that are fun and meaningful.

courtney and joey’s session was all about tampa since they are both tampa natives currently living in washington dc. we kicked off the shoot where these it all began for these high school sweethearts…
(coincidentally, it’s where i met my high-school-sweetheart-turned-husband too!)

after plant, we then moved on to the urban look of ybor city (and the pretty, hand painted tiles around the columbia restaurant).

right after a quick wardrobe change we came upon this wall and i loved the scale of it, but also how its color blended so well with courntey’s dress.

and lastly, courtney and joey, all spiffed up and fancy and overlooking downtown tampa!
