my on-top-of-it friend netta invited me to join pinterest which is full of all sorts of fanciful things. really, just lots of lovely going on over there. i am just a pinterest novice, i can’t claim to know too much. but i do know how to use the search bar to find some lovely cupcakes....

yesterday, meeka, kinley, and i had the fun of puppy-sitting my sister-in-law’s new little lily girl. of course i spent the first hour watching her explore every inch of our living room and taking lots of pictures instead of working… mmmm… library books. meeka and kinley were very curious (and a bit terrified, at times)...
michael works at a farm (wish farms) which definitely has its perks. one being fresh strawberries. lots, and lots …at least when they aren’t frozen from unseasonably cold weather. but also, fresh from the hive honey gifted from a neighboring farm!
