kelly and stephen got married on a gorgeous saturday at the tradewinds resort at st. pete beach. i was so happy for the opportunity to assist shay cochrane (of shay cochrane photography) as a second shooter for their big day!

while shay captured the guests and wedding party at the ceremony area, i got to stay behind with kelly and be with her in her last few moments as an unmarried lady. this photograph was taken as she watched her bridesmaids through the window as they headed down the aisle, just moments before it was time for her to go meet her groom and be wed.
after wondering all day if the rain would come or not, it turned out to be just perfect for an outdoor wedding.
some were more interested in the exchanging of vows than others… 😉
the reception tent was decorated with a candy and sweets theme. each table was named for a different candy and came with a matching bowl of its namesake.

oh, one last thing… i have held out on you with one detail. kelly and steve had one sweeeeet dessert table! this post was already getting a little lengthy… and it is 10pm at night… so i will be back with the table full of sweet treats in a day or two!
