yesterday we agreed to be pretend jurors for a pretend trial to help out michael’s younger sister, who is in law school. this involved spending yesterday evening (from 6-10pm) at the courthouse, but also involved dressing “business casual” and meant i needed to dig out and dust off a pair of work pants. i have not put a toe into a pair of work pants since my last day of my interior design job in los angeles back in november 2009. and…. well…. ummm… they were a little tight… grrrrr.
so what did i do to remedy this today?
for lunch i had sloppy joes and chocolate ice cream for dessert… and then a screwball for dessert number two (yes, as in the screwball you used to get from the ice cream truck when you were 8. and yes, we got from an ice cream truck, and yes, we were the only 20-somethings doing so).
for dinner i had pepperoni pizza and parmi puffs (read: really buttery and cheesy bread sticks).
way to be proactive!
but really, i just don’t care yet. maybe in another 5lbs i’ll mind, but not yet. and as long as i can fit in my jeans it’s fine!
(and i really love ice cream.)
but anyways… for more interesting news:
today i filled for a hillsborough county occupational license, a city of tampa business license, and got my employer identification number (EIN) from the IRS.
oh wait… that was completely uninteresting!
Yo tubs can you please feed me that meal? Not like I’m doing any better. I had guac and chips and beer for dinner. But I also wanted to say YAY for the EIN!!! You are so legit!
well, remember that “back in november” you were also scrounging for food everyday to save money for so america! i’m sure going from that to living at home has a lil something to do with it. 😉
it’s ok. i had chocolate cake last night. and you can most definitely tell that it’s not all i’ve been eating. congrats on being legitimate! xxoo
hey skinny little thing! congrats on being bigger!
😉
